  • Yoga Mat

    A mat provides a designated space for your floor activities (stretching, pilates, etc.) and is gentle to your joints.

  • Stretching Strap

    A stretching strap allows you to gain range otherwise inaccessible. what makes it special? It has loops for easier grip.

  • Foam Roller

    A type of self-massage. Used to help decreased tightness or release so-called trigger points.

Essential tools to make the most of your workouts and rehab needs

  • Flat Bench

    A flat bench is a must for any home gym. It has so many advantages when it comes to body weight and dumbbell training.

  • Powerblock Dumbbell

    An adjustable dumbbell set made of the best quality. Simple design for quick use during your workouts.

  • Kettlebell

    A cast iron or steel ball with a handle that can be used for any exercise, including ballistic movements. A must have item for your gym.

  • TRX Suspension System

    Hard plastic beaded jump rope. high quality and durable. Great for skipping or those dreaded double-unders (DU).

    A decompression and extension machine. Great for back discomfort relief and strengthening your back muscles.

  • Iron Neck

    A bizarre tool used to strengthen your neck. it has a cable attachment that connects to a cable machine.

  • Theraband

    Elastic bands that can be used in clever ways to exercises any part of the body. Any where, any time.

  • Loop Resistance Bands

    These elastic bands are continuous and allow for unique circumferential resistance.

  • Pull-Up Bands

    These bands are looped too but have added strength to assist with pull-ups and can help with mobility drills.

  • Monkey Feet

    Another strange contraption. Its used to attach a dumbbell to your foot for various leg exercises.

  • Weighted Vest

    Another versatile piece of equipment. Use it for walking, running and advanced pull-ups. Really, the uses are endless.

    A medicine ball can be used in a variety of ways. I like to use them with functional rotation movements.

    Hollow foam swimming pool noodles for your exercise needs.

  • Aquatic Gloves

    Webbed gloves that provide added resistance when working your arms in the pool.

  • Aquaflex Paddels

    Upper extremity paddels that provide variable resistance through an adjustable fan blade.

  • EVA-Foam Dumbbells

    Another form of adding resistance to your underwater routine.

  • Aquatic Cuffs

    The cousin to the EVA-foam dumbbells. Designed to be worn at the ankle for your leg routine(s).

  • Gait Belt

    Canvas belt used for gait training/safety primarily BUT can be used for used for other mobility purposes.

  • Sacroiliac (SI) Belt

    This belt is used to create a force closure of the SI joints to decreased SI discomfort. It can help to alleviate SI discomfort.

  • Shoulder brace

    A shoulder brace can help with compression and feelings of stability to you shoulder if you have shoulder problems.

  • Knee Brace

    This knee brace can provides compression and knee cap positioning. This can decreased discomfort in you knee if you have painful knees.

  • Worker's Apron

    A short apron used to attach to the front end of a walker. This way, a person can tote around personal items and still hold onto the walker (SW/FWW).

  • Vive Walker Bag

    Made specifically for a standard or front wheeled walker. It allows for storage of all your personal needs when walking while using your walker.

  • Lumbar Support

    Can be used for the office chair or the car seat. It promotes the natural lumbar curve, thereby providing optimal alignment and decreased lower back discomfort.

  • Document Holder

    A document holder is essential for every office/office space. This is an ingenious design. Adaptable for both laptop and desktop monitors.

  • Hand/Wrist Rest

    Your hand/wrist needs a break when typing or using your mouse. Just remember that the heel of you hand, not your wrist should rest of these supports.

    If you have a leg length discrepency of any kind, this can help resolve the discrepency.

Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

  • Hemi Walker

    Think of this walker as a super wide based cane. It’s meant to be used with one arm that still provides stability.

  • Standard Walker (SW)

    A walker that is without wheels. This is a type of walker that might be best suited for your mobility needs.

  • Front Wheeled Walker (FWW)

    One of the most common walker types. This has wheels on the front. No need to pick-up the walker to advance forward.

  • Three Wheeled Walker (3WW)

    A small profile equipped with solid wheels for any terrain and a built in storage bag. This is great indoors and outdoors.

  • Four Wheeled Walker (4WW)

    AKA a rollator or Cadillac. This is the walker equipped with a seat and storage bag under the seat. 4-wheels: it moves its self.

  • iWalk 3.0 Walking Crutch

    A leg crutch. Not for everyone but if your balance is good and you meet the weight capacity, this frees up you hands.

  • 3-in-1 Bed Side Commode

    Three uses in one design. 1.) at bedside, 2.) raised seat over existing toilet or 3.) safety rails over existing toilet.

  • Shower Chair

    A plastic chair that fits into your existing walk-in shower or shower/tub combo. The legs have suction to provide stability when seated.

  • Tub Shower Bench

    A chair design that straddles the tub wall for those of use that have a shower/tub combo and stepping over the wall is unsafe or impossible.

  • Transport Chair

    Not for everyone but for some that can bend their knees and have weight through their legs. Great for caregivers that need to wheel their patients or family members around.

  • Wheelchair Insert

    This insert is not a cushion. It serves to provide a level surface in a sling seat. This is great to prevent sacral sitting, which is bad for your posture and skin integrity.

Options that can help minimize swelling and feelings of discomfort

  • Game Ready

    A pneumatic device that provides intermittent compression and cold therapy at the same time. There are attachments that fit most extremities.

  • TENs Unit

    A portable machine that comes with electrodes that can be place on your body to help decreased both pain and swelling in a given body part.

  • Kinesiotape (KT)

    KT is great for management of swelling or edema. This brand has a finger print technology that has better adherence to your skin.

  • Compression Socks

    Knee high compression socks can be great for running, circulation issues or when on a long plane ride.

Jaw & Breathing Tools

Breathing is underrated and needs to take a front seat to your health/wellness/rehab game.

  • Jawzercise Jaw, Face and Neck Exerciser

    A small device that you insert into your mouth to exercise your facial muscles. It will certainly strengthen your jaw muscles.

  • Spirometer

    A device to keep your lungs active during bed rest but it can also be a training tool to help utilize the lung capacity available to you.

  • The Breather

    The Breather is a respiratory muscle trainer (RMT). It’s for both inspiratory and expiratory muscles. This can be well suited if you have decreased respiratory strength.

  • O2 Lung Trainer

    Advertised as a “resistance trainer for your lungs.” And “engineered to increased cardiopulmonary endurance and breathing performance.”

  • Hip Kit

    A hip kit was created by therapists for those after a hip replacement but can be used by anyone who has a difficult time reaching.

  • Reacher

    A reacher is indispensable if an object is out of reach. Get a reacher if you want to increase your range when picking things up.

  • Shoulder Pulley

    If you seek to increase your range of motion (ROM) or increased your arm strength with some assistance, a pulley system can help.

  • Lumbar Pillow

    This pillow is made of soft memory foam. It can help maintain lumbar lordosis and/or the neutral spine when you are lying down.

  • Leg Pillow

    When lying on your side, this leg pillow can optimize lumbar, pelvic and hip angles along with providing a restful night’s sleep.

  • Car Handle Assist

    A mobility device. Used to help anyone get into/out of their vehicle. This one has a built in flashlight and seatbelt cutter.

  • TUSHY Classic Bidet

    A bidet can help save toiletpaper use and mitigate hemorrhoid irritation if you have hemorrhoids.
