Essential tools to make the most of your workouts and rehab needs

  • Flat Bench

    A flat bench is a must for any home gym. It has so many advantages when it comes to body weight and dumbbell training. This is a great buy.

  • PowerBlock

    An adjustable dumbbell set made of the best quality. A simple design for quick use. This is a must have if you wanna save make the most of your workout sessions.

  • Compact Stand

    A stand built specifically for the Powerblock. It’s nice to rack your Powerblocks on this stand as opposed to lifting them from the ground.

  • Kettlebell

    A cast iron or steel ball with a handle that can be used for any exercise, including ballistic movements. A must have item for your gym.

  • TRX

    A suspension training system that can be mounted just about anywhere. Its purpose: body weight exercises.

  • Exercise Ball

    An inflatable ball that allows for many different exercises on an unstable surface. It’s great for stability work.

  • Bosu Ball

    A two sided fitness tool. It allows for balance and stability work. It proves to be versatile in all your workout routines.

  • Jump Rope

    A hard plastic beaded jump rope. High quality and durable. Great for skipping or for those dreaded double-unders (DU).

  • Tetter Dex II

    A decompression and extension machine. Great for back pain relief and strengthening your back muscles.

  • Iron Neck

    A bizarre tool used to strengthen your neck. It has a cable attachment that connects to a cable machine.

  • Theraband

    Elastic bands that can be used in clever ways to exercises any part of the body. Any where, any time.

  • Loop Resistance Bands

    These elastic bands are continuous and allow for unique circumferential resistance.

  • Pull-Up Bands

    These bands are looped too but have added strength to assist with pull-ups and can help with mobility drills.

  • Monkey Feet

    Another strange contraption. Its used to attach a dumbbell to your foot for various leg exercises.

  • Weighted Vest

    Another versatile piece of equipment. Use it for walking, running and advanced pull-ups. Really, the uses are endless.

    A medicine ball can be used in a variety of ways. I like to use them with functional rotation movements.
